Wellhayes is situated 2/3rd of a mile north of the village of Clayhanger. From the B3227 going west after Waterrow, turn left signposted Clayhanger and then right after 200 yards. Follow the lane for almost a mile and, after a sharp turn to the left, as the lane starts to go down the hill, Wellhayes is on the left.
